Hourly Rate: Up to 30 hours per week
Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant will be a key member of ViTreo’s Leadership and Operations team. You will be involved in various aspects of the business, with a blended array of responsibilities in general administration, events management, business development, and client project support.
Reporting to the Manager of Business Development and Operations, responsibilities will include:
Actively support the day-to-day tasks of running an office
Elevating ViTreo’s operational efficiencies by developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures
Helping ViTreo continue to grow and expand by supporting business development efforts
Assisting with the planning and execution of internal events
Timely and accurate document creation and formatting for client engagements
Editing and design of final reports
Generating project materials as requested and in collaboration with ViTreo’s project team
Attending client meetings, taking minutes, and following up on identified action items
Attending and participating in internal ViTreo meetings
General administrative support
Qualifications
The successful candidate will:
Have completed a related post-secondary certificate or diploma
Possess professional experience in a related administrative assistant / support role
Be a passionate advocate for the non-profit sector and be eager to make a difference
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Detail-orientated, adaptable, and customer-focused
Be willing to take on challenges and to devise effective and manageable solutions
Display superior time management skills as this role requires you to be highly organized, excellent at prioritizing tasks, capable of adapting to shifting priorities, and driven by deadlines
Ability to work effectively both as a member of a team and independently
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, GSuite, and Adobe products. Experience with Monday.com would be an asset
