Corey is a passionate community builder, fundraiser and dedicated charitable sector leader who believes that philanthropy is not about giving, it’s more about making a difference.

With more than 20 years of fundraising and sponsorship leadership experience, Corey is extremely passionate about building relationships, solving problems, and making change. His diverse career experiences range from health, humanitarian, social, youth, cultural, arts and education. He is a committed professional that is forever inspired by the people that work to advance philanthropy and, he continues to seek out new ways to engage communities to support the work of the charitable sector.

Before joining ViTreo Group, Corey served as a Senior Development Officer at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) and Bow Valley College (BVC). Further to his experience in post secondary, Corey had a successful career in event management where he worked on, and created high level events for government, entertainment, and culture.

Corey is a true family man and takes every opportunity to check out to a mountain or a lake with his wife and kids to create those special moments.
