Kathy Bhana is a fund development professional with over 20 years of experience in fundraising.

Kathy most recently managed annual giving and development at SAIT Polytechnic. While at SAIT, she led the development and implementation of a strategy to increase grant applications and engage new potential donors to the institution.

Kathy is an active volunteer, she helps organize events to raise awareness and funds to assist with animal rescue in Alberta. She fosters and trains greyhounds who are retired from a career of racing and up for adoption through Northwest Canadian Greyhound League.

She has also helped the Alberta Mentorship for Youth organization establish a database of current and potential donors and assisted in the development of a strategic plan to help them achieve their philanthropic goals.
