Katia’s specialty is helping small businesses grow by providing support in whatever area is needed. She has been consulting with entrepreneurs and small businesses for over six years in many industries including real estate, fine arts and crafts and the nonprofit sector.

Katia has a keen eye for and interest in design, and has participated in the creation of many of ViTreo’s eye-catching finished projects.

Katia edits and contributes to ViTreo’s Weekly News Recap; a weekly newsletter incorporating interesting news from around the world related or of interest to people in the nonprofit sector.

Outside of ViTreo, Katia formerly owned and operated a small business that created handmade, silk-screen-printed scarves. She managed all operations for this business and participated in the design and creation of all products.

Katia writes fiction and poetry in her free time and is an avid hula hoop dancer. She also enjoys cooking, exploring recipes from around the world, and many other creative pursuits such as sewing costumes, drawing, reading dystopian fiction, and puzzles.
