Ken Kempcke has over 25 years experience as a prospect researcher, grant writer, donor relations specialist, database administrator, journalist, editor, and academic librarian. Ken has played a significant role in successful fundraising campaigns across Western Canada and the United States.
At ViTreo, Ken has led research and prospect research projects with the National Music Centre, the Calgary Public Library, the University of Alberta, Lakeland College, the RESOLVE campaign, KROK University in Ukraine, and the Manning Foundation.
Before joining ViTreo, Ken worked as a prospect researcher, grant writer, database administrator, and donor relations specialist at Lethbridge College and the University of Nevada. He also worked for ten years as an academic librarian at Texas A&M University and Montana State University.
He holds a Master of Library and Information Science Degree from Indiana University, a Master of Arts in American Studies from Purdue University and a B.A. History Degree from Eastern Illinois University. Ken is a long-standing member of the Association of Professional Researchers for Advancement.
