Job Summary
As our Marketing Coordinator, you will be a key member of ViTreo’s Leadership and Operations team. You will support strategy development and lead all aspects of marketing implementation.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating, developing, and implementing new marketing strategies
Developing an annual marketing plan for ViTreo
Managing and elevating ViTreo’s branding across all channels; this includes updating ViTreo’s brand guidelines, refreshing and continuously improving ViTreo’s project templates, creating and managing the production of marketing materials and collateral, and developing materials that align with ViTreo’s brand and image
Engaging ViTreo’s audience through our social media platforms
Website updates and design management
Producing quarterly marketing reports
Event planning and execution
Integrating creative elements into ViTreo’s business development processes
Offering creative and design support for ViTreo client engagements
Attending internal team meetings
Other support as requested
Qualifications
The successful candidate will:
Have a post-graduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Possess 3 – 5 years of professional experience in a related role. Previous experience in the non-profit sector, either in a professional or volunteer capacity, will be considered an asset
Comprehensive understanding of brand, website, social media, and digital marketing
Demonstrated proficiency in in Microsoft Office, GSuite, Adobe Creative, and website design platforms
Superior work ethic, complimented by a proactive and implementation-focused attitude
Exemplary interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively both as a member of a team and independently with inherent flexibility, clarity, and professionalism
Passionate, curious, and driven to make a difference in our community
