Olga Krochak is a dynamic fundraising strategist with a passion for philanthropy and a talent for building sustainable, high-impact development programs. A Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE), she has a proven track record of leading major gifts, corporate sponsorships, and capital campaigns to success. Known for her innovative approach, Olga leverages creative strategies and forward-thinking solutions to cultivate meaningful donor relationships, secure transformational funding, and drive long-term growth for non-profit organizations. In recognition of her contributions to the sector, Olga received the 2022 Alberta Women’s Newcomer Impact Award from the Government of Alberta for her dedication to philanthropy.

As an Associate at ViTreo Group Inc., Olga brings strategic vision and hands-on leadership to fundraising initiatives, helping organizations expand their philanthropic reach. Her experience in fund development - both as an in-house leader and a consultant - combined with her background in social work, enables her to quickly assess an organization’s unique value proposition and impact. She is committed to innovating fundraising practices that enhance donor engagement and maximize philanthropic potential.

Olga’s passion for fundraising began in grade school and has since evolved into a lifelong commitment to philanthropy. She serves on the National Board of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Canada, where she contributes to government relations and communications strategies shaping the sector’s future. A dedicated volunteer, she actively supports the Youth Singers of Calgary and 100 Women Who Care.

Olga holds a Master of Arts in English Literature and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, along with certifications in leadership, anti-racism, and fundraising. Beyond her professional and volunteer work, she has a deep love for creative writing and finds joy in singing as part of a choir.
